Remodeling to sell - The key to our marketing strategy is your house itself.   To sell it quickly and for the highest price it is necessary for the property to look its very best.  We consult with you on ways to upgrade, repair, and spruce-up your house to appeal to the largest number of people and enhance marketability.  In the case where a home is in need of basic cosmetic upgrading we will get the work done for you (usually for less cost than you can get it done yourself), and have it on the market within a very short period of time.  We coordinate all the services which typically include interior and exterior painting, roofing, flooring, and counter tops.  We also get into more extensive remodeling like upgrading to hardwood floors, window replacement, crown molding, etc. to add value when necessary to compete with comparable homes.  Most of the cost of these upgrades will come back to you on a $2-for-$1 return, and with an additional savings as your home will no doubt sell quicker.

Moving up? - Selling and buying at the same time can be tricky and stressful.  We'll consult with you on the best way to do it in order to minimize your anxiety, inconvenience and cost.
